    I bought the above router through Amazon delivered on 28th June,2020 sold by Delhi proton.
    This was connected to the ACT Broadband b their installation technician. However, I found the speed of the internet to be less that 50MBPS despite me subscribing to their 200MBPS plan and my connection frequently buffering.
    I lodged a complaint with ACT – the provider and they had their technician visit my residence today and said that there is an issue with my router and hence not getting the 5 GHz frequency for me to get the necessary frequency.
    I immediately called your customer care this afternoon on toll free # 18002094168 and spoke to your engineering technician one Mr.Jha, but the call got disconnected half way through while I was explaining to him the issue and could not reconnect on the same number despite my effort.
    I would like to know if there is really an issue with the router as claimed by the ACT technician and if it is really yes, how to get the same fixed.
    My mobile # and e-mail I shared with Mr.Jha is 9900104431 and e-mail [email protected]. My residence is in Bangalore
    As the equipment is under warranty, your assistance will be helpful. I am a retired senior citizen and not tech savvy.

  2. Hello, I bought your tp link 300 Mbps wireless N 4G LTE Router from Amazon it delivers me on 4th August 2020 now with in 1 month it stop working and its warranty is for 3 years so please replace it ,my order date is 31 July,order no is 402-2604998-0858708,its total cost is 3999 ,
