However in any rare case (due to any handling issue of the LED Lights), you receive a damaged product, please contact us on 1800-102-8787 within 7 days of receiptof your order and email us a few photographs along with the order number and item code at [email protected] for us to assess the extent of damage. Depending upon the type of damage we shall send necessary parts / replacement or send our expert technicians to assess and fix the issue. *Replacements will be made based on availability of that product on the website

    How and when will I get replacement?

Please note I had purchased the led 18w bulb from Mamta Electricals (Mumbai Malad west-400095) in 22-08-2020 bearing ssk-srl-18W 82mA while taking the bulb he had told that there is a warranty of 2 years, Actually I had asked for a Philips bulb he suggested syska saying it has 2 years warrant, therefore I purchase the same.

    This is not acceptable knowingly or unknowingly there is a lag on both syska and the dealer who is selling this product is not educated of the policies or not giving the right information to the customers.

    I need a replacement asap

    Shopkeeper provides old syska led bulb maxglow manufacture date 11/2020 and warranty 1 year but company provide 2 year warranty. Pls help

  10. I purchased a 9watt syska led bulb from Guru Nanak Electrical & Electronics, Mata Chowk Rewari Haryana. Bulb is still under 2years warranty period but seller is not replacing it as it is dead. He is saying that my distributor gives 1 year warranty while the company is giving 2years warranty. Why so. Are they selling fake syska led bulbs ?

  11. I have purchased a trimmer on 26/02/2023 vide invoice no. OB22233251 DT 26/02/2023 amounting Rs. 900.00. Since purchasing, it has caused a lot of problems. First of all , the charger you have given with the trimmer is not working and I am charging directly by applying the adapter in the bottom end to the trimmer.

    Now since the last 5-6 months, the battery is not performing. After charging 100% , the battery exhausts in 2-3 times of trimming and shows zero percent.

    You are requested to please look into the matter and arrange to replace the trimmer with newone with a charger.
