How Sennheiser warranty can be claimed?

**For online purchase**
– Customers can walk-in visit our service center between working hours i.e (Monday to Friday—9.30AM to 6.00 PM). Or,
– Customers can courier the product to the nearest service center along with the required details. Locations of all the service centres can be found here by following this link.
– For Retail purchase/product bought it through shop or store For the retail purchased products customer can avail the services from our spot serve centres.

 

What is the warranty period of the Sennheiser product?

  • All Sennheiser products carry 2 years of international warranty against any manufacturing defects.

What is covered under warranty?

  • Customers can avail of warranty against manufacturing defect if any. i.e. audio issues, internal damages etc.

What is not covered under warranty?

  • – Fault resulting due to physical damages and wear and tears are not covered under warranty.
    – Any detachable part of headphones/earphones.
    – Fake product
    – Refurbished product

What documents are required for a warranty claim?

  • – Purchase proof (Retail tax invoice/bill/Cash Memo)
    – Customer Name, postal address, contact number & email I.d should be enclosed while sending a courier.
    – For walk-in replacement will be provided instantly (*TAT may vary depends on the stock availability). If the stock is not available, the customer can visit our service center again.

4 . You can walk in with your defective headphone/earphone/headsets to the above-mentioned service center along with a copy of the purchase invoice as proof of purchase for necessary testing and further process. Proof of purchase must state the date of purchase and name of the product.
In case none of the three service centers is close to your location, you can send the defective product along with purchase bill copy to any service center mentioned in above through courier or postal services for necessary testing and further process.
5 . Standard terms and conditions, as mentioned in our “Warranty Conditions” will be applicable for all the warranty services.

  1. As I have bought my ear phone model cx 180 in this Feb. 2021 the sound of my both is degraded and sound is flattered a lot I request Sennheiser team to fix my problem as it is brand new in condition without an physical damage
