Portronics Warranty Policy

Portronics Warranty Policy aims to provide Portronics Customers the clarity about support related queries that they may have about our products so that they feel confident in owning, using and getting required support for their Portronics products in the warranty period.
Important Note: Customer must open a trouble ticket / case with Portronics to get support service on any product: in warranty or out-of-warranty. Customer can visit support.portronics.com for availing the service.
Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Service Centres or its Authorised Service Centres.
The Warranty is applicable if said product is in warranty period AND only if following conditions are met:

  1. From November 2019 I am using portronics POR-678 conch beta wired headset with mic.
    I am now facing the problem which is Headphone Jack not properly fit and one of them earbud not working.
    So please I wanted to claim warranty of my that product.

  4. I have purchased Portonic Biolock on 1st September 2020
    Pros : It is cutting edge technology no doubt in it. Fingerprint sensor working till now(20 th October) in good condition,no complaints about technology.
    cons : But it is just like a toy. its shackle is not strong enough.In case of security it can be easily manipulated by Thief (break the shackle). So no such heavy usage on daily life.
    I would recommend the company that make the lock (built quality) strong enough like any other normal lock in bazar.
    Otherwise u can buy it for ur trolley luggage or vanity bag

  5. Pros : The biolock has cutting edge technology, no doubt in it. fingerprint sensor working perfectly. their manual is too good for beginners.
    Cons : But it is just like a toy. the shank of the lock is very brittle. this can be easily manipulated by thief I mean they can easily break the lock with their instrument. this lock can’t be used for heavy duty. it can only use in vanity bag or trolley bag. It is fancy.
    I recommend the company that the build quality of the lock can be improved in near future.
