How to Claim Mivi warranty?

What is covered under warranty?
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and the purpose for which the product was designed.
- This limited warranty is only valid in India, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranty service may only be performed by Mivi or Mivi authorized service centers.
- Mivi may conduct diagnostic tests on customers‘ products to identify the causes of failures/defects.
- Mivi will determine whether a product is “Out of Warranty” at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed below. Repair of “Out of Warranty” products shall be separately quoted by Mivi service center and respective service shall be provided upon service fee payment.
- Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, failure to comply with product manual, and so on
- Invalid warranty
- Expired warranty
- Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of god such as floods, fires or earthquakes.
- If any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons and other attachments.

It has been 6 months since I have complained regarding my mivi thunderbeats earphones purchased from Amazon are not working. I have called mivi customer care number several times but I have not got any response. It is highly recommended that please do not purchase any product from mivi as they are doing fraud they sell faulty products and then ignore after sale services.
Bought a MIVI product from Amazon,
Very bad product, complaint number 696118, I called to customer care regularly, After two months, all the customer care staff told me that the product manufacturing has been closed, wait for the back end team response, they never called me, very bad product, if someone is giving you this product in free don’t accept that because after that you would be always in trouble and bad mood.

To promote Indian product I bought a fort s100 sound bar a new one but after installing after 5 min I heared irregular noise and no proper out put
So I send it back in my own expense 450rupees as courier charge
