  1. •Taking auto charge (Left) Earpod
    •(Left Airpod) Sometime it doesn’t connet Or Sometime it doesn’t get switch off if it is not in our use as we try to switch off it it doesn’t get switch off.
    Only left airpod is showing us that prblm
    Plzz reply as early as possible

  2. I purchased Renewed Mivi ThunderBeats from Amazon, the earphone left earpiece making buzzing sound when I call anyone. I do complaint through email but still don’t get any reply/call by your support team ,only thing that you given to me ticket number but what should I do if I don’t get reply ?

  5. It has been 6 months since I have complained regarding my mivi thunderbeats earphones purchased from Amazon are not working. I have called mivi customer care number several times but I have not got any response. It is highly recommended that please do not purchase any product from mivi as they are doing fraud they sell faulty products and then ignore after sale services.

    Very bad product, complaint number 696118, I called to customer care regularly, After two months, all the customer care staff told me that the product manufacturing has been closed, wait for the back end team response, they never called me, very bad product, if someone is giving you this product in free don’t accept that because after that you would be always in trouble and bad mood.

    Ticket [##1739884##] was raised, and the support team shared steps to follow to which I replied that the issue persists.
    No response from the support team post that even on follow-up emails.

  14. To promote Indian product I bought a fort s100 sound bar a new one but after installing after 5 min I heared irregular noise and no proper out put
    So I send it back in my own expense 450rupees as courier charge
    But they didn’t track are received the courier and they haven’t received the courier phone
    Nw it’s return back to me
    Very WORST POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I have mivi collar classic neckband in black colour…..i have ordered it about 1 months ago….
    My neckband contain some battery health problems…(sometimes decrease suddenly from 90 to 40 )
    Some time not Charging …defect..

  22. I have purchased a mivi earpods in which after few months there is a charging issue of case. I have tried contacting mivi and they booked a pickup and eveytime there is a adress error after a long time of waiting.
