Please bring your original receipt, invoice or copy to confirm the warranty status of your device. But if you cannot provide an invoice, don’t worry! We can also verify your warranty status with your Surface’s serial number.
If your device or accessory is damaged or is outside of its warranty period, it may not be replaced. Please view the Surface Standard Warranty for more information on how to see your warranty.
