For customer convenience we provide Door-step Service Support for all our product complaints except for MarQ TWS Earbuds & MarQ Soundbars.

We do not have physical service centers but our technicians visit customer premises for providing product service. Once the customer raises a service request, our customer care operative will raise a ticket based on the customer’s selected day and time.

All MarQ products are designed and manufactured with the highest standards for
quality, performance, ease of use and ease of installation. If you encounter any issue
while using any of our products, we recommend that you first consult the user manual
or the product information in the support section of the MarQ website, where
(depending on the product type) you may find a downloadable user manual.
In the unlikely event of a failure of the product, MarQ will arrange for it to be serviced,
free-of-charge (if under warranty period or else chargeable basis service provided),
provided that the product was used in accordance with the user manual (for example,
in the intended environment).
This document only applies to consumer products sold and in use in India. For
warranty claims or any product related support reach out to customer support team

your location for an in-home service.

  8. Cusomter service is parthetic from flikart as well as marq . they dont even care whatever issue you are facing woith your product specially if unfortunately your warranty has expired . You have to chase them down for everything , highly disappointed with consumer service industry is turning upto .

  12. Hello,
    I bought MarQ By Flipkart 18-Litre 18L1200W4HL Oven Toaster Grill (OTG) on 03-10-2021. I tried some recipes, but it always turned so burnt outside and uncooked inside. After a few weeks of doing some experiments, I found out that the temperature of the OTG is not calibrated correctly with the help of Oven thermometer. It always overheats 30 – 50 degrees than the temperature I set on setting. Now I feel like it is not usable at all with this temperature miscalibration. I guess it having some problem on Thermostat. So I want a replacement or repair for my OTG. It’s under warranty. I have attached my invoice below.

  14. Pls do not buy MARQ products locally made in Ludhiana company with very poor customer service
    I bought 91 liters MARQ refrigerator which become defunct after 18 months of use.
    Thermostat replacement required, service center man asking for 1000-1100 rs with 3-month guarantee on spare part.
    The same Thermostat which cost 200-250 bucks in the market.
    They even don’t have spare parts , fixing whirlpools or other locally made parts.

    Very disappointing, C-grade

    Iam purchase marq automatic washing machine 7.5 the date of purchase to till date iam not able to use it it’s make lots of sound in spin so I spoke to dealer about this complain the dealer Discount factory Indore but he not give a proper response and said call company customer care then i call in customer care and register a complain. But iam want to you to please deregister with that man Aslam

  29. I have purchased Marq AC in April-22.After installation there was cooling issue and I have registered complaint. After so many follow up my complaint was resolved after
    almost 1 month. Again same issue registered since 02.09.22 but unfortunately still not resolved the issue.
