Consumables such as sediment filter, carbon filter, reverse osmosis membrane, antiscalant cartridge, UF Membrane, and Post carbon filter which are subject to normal wear and tear in the course of use are not covered in this warranty.

2 Preventive Maintenance visit by Live Pure Authorized Service Personnel within 12 months from the date of purchase. In case of a breakdown, the customer can log a complaint. There will be no Service visit charge during the warranty period.
