Once the request is received, the device gets picked up from your doorstep.
Qus 2. Can I cancel for Pickup service after raising of request?
If you want to cancel your Pick up service request, you just have to call at our customer care and request for service cancellation.
3.What kind of detail required to raise request for Pickup service?
Following details will be required to raise pickup request:

6. Invoice date
4.How device will be picked up for Repair through Pickup service?
After successful submission of your details and verification of request by our support team, Pick up executive will be arranged for a device pick up from the shared address
5.How many days will it take to pick up my device from my place?
On successful request verification by our support team, device will be picked up within 24 to 72 working hours dependent on the pin code.
6.Can I take backup of my data before submitting device at Pickup service?
Yes, data backup is mandatory before submitting your device for repair to avoid risk of data loss.
7.How to get my screening status of my phone?
Our service experts will inform you about screening of device within 24 hours of receiving of Device also they will share images of liquid and physical damage if found any.

Depending on the severity of the device damage, the brand service centre will communicate estimated time of repair.
10.Is there any repair charges in under warranty device?
No, there are no repair charges for any under warranty issues. In case of any damages or repairs not covered under warranty, the brand service centre will charge accordingly.
11.What is Out of Warranty repair?
Any repair not covered under manufacturer warranty or in case of device falling out of manufacturing warranty is an Out of Warranty repair.
12. What kind of Out of Warranty service charges?
Part Replacement Service Charge-Customer has to pay part replacement service charge if they got any part replaced in out of warranty/warranty void.

There will be no charges on un-repaired handsets and once you cancel the repair request your device will be returned at your doorstep.
