I given complaint 2 moth back in call centre, CC team suggested do Factory Reset as same done lot of times but bus my issue not resoled

I have Iffalcon Android 42inch since 2 year, during the last 15 days two time back light was failed, as per warranty 1year i understand but there is big question that how is quality of products? the initials parts life shell only for two year? if yes! so i really prefer other choice cause now customer have to continuer paid for service and charges.
I really suggest to iFFALCON team improve products quality at-list work till 5years, now i realize if i was purchased some good brand may be not wasting of money.
