HRX Covered in Warranty
1) Warranty is Non-transferrable, Valid Only in the Territory of India, and Extended Only to the First End-User Customer (Customer). 2) Warranty will be Valid Only when the Original Purchase Invoice is Presented at the Time of Service. 3) Warranty will Cover Only Functional Parts and Software Issues having Manufacturing Defects and does Not Cover Damages Resulting from Unauthorised Adaptations/Adjustments/Tampering of the Product, Improper Installation of the Product, Normal Wear and Tear Caused Due to Use of Product.
HRX Not Covered in Warranty
1) Warranty Does Not Cover Damage Caused to the Product Due to Improper Installation by Customer; Normal Wear and Tear Caused Due to Use of Product. 2) Warranty Does Not Cover Any External Accessories to the Product (Such as Battery, Cable, Carrying Bag, etc.) 3) All Plastic, Rubber, Glass, or Aesthetic Parts and Consumable Replacements will be on a Chargeable Basis. 4) All Transportation & Handling Expenses Incurred while Replacing or Repairing will be Payable by the Customer. 5) Warranty shall be void if: a) The Product is Not Operated as per the Instructions Given in the User Guide if Any.

  3. Same here , both drops HRX on 26th of June.
    I started using them in late July.
    Left earbud stopped working and extraordinary heat. In the box it was stuck due to plastic melt due to hearing.
    Right is working fine. But I have trust issues now with the product. The way it heated and melted.

    But left side bud sound is not audible sound is really slow compare to right i cant make a call with left not audible enough to make a call.

  13. Sound quality issues.

    Sound quality is very bed after some time. Left earbud sound is very low and right side is ok ok not good. When i bought earbuds sound is very very good but after some time sound very bed. I am very disappointed with earbuds.

Hello hrx, i bought cycle of hrx brand from flipkart but after using it for some months my fork damaged, but my fork is covered in warranty and i want to claim my warranty, i already complained this issue to hrx service center but they are saying that they will not help me in claiming my cycle warranty.     I hope this email finds you well. I am happy tobe apart of HR-X family. This is my 2nd product which i like to use with HRX Brand.

    I am writing to bring to your attention a problem I am facing with my HRX X-Wave 11 R Bluetooth Headset which i bought in Flipkart. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to turn it on.

    I have tried several troubleshooting steps such as charging the device to the maximum level, resetting it, and making sure that it’s not in a low power mode. However, the issue persists, and I am unable to find a solution.
