1) I read wonderful reviews on Amazon for the Boltt Bluetooth Headphones. Later, I found that these are paid or fake reviews. Boltt actually invites YouTubers or influencers to promote the headphones in a way that it generates a lot of interest & momentum leading to innocent consumers getting tricked into a purchase. On their website, they have a separate section for collaborating with YouTubers.
2) So I paid Rs. 2399 & directly purchased the headphones from their site & to my utter horror, these were defective from the word go. There’s something not fixed inside left earcup & the sound is getting worse. Let’s say if you are walking in your own house, listening to a song, while you walk, there will be a constant jerking sound from the left earcup. If one slightly tilts head, the same jerking sound of something freely moving inside the left earcup will come & keep repeating untill you feel like throwing this shitty pair of headphones into the dustbin.
3) In my naivety, I went to their site, filled up the complaint form & no complaint number was generated. It’s just a google form.
4) Their customer care number is invalid.
5) They don’t reply to complaints posted on social media.
6) They have one email id & they have been sending bot replies since three weeks. First week, they refused. And then they started sending copy paste bot replies.
7) Their policy clearly talks of immediate refund in case of a manufacturing defect although it’s clear that they don’t have a customer care so the policy as well as warranty is useless & a waste of one’s time & energy.
8) My only mistake was buying the headphones in a hurry without doing a check although with the misleading & fake/ paid reviews on Amazon, there was no reason to doubt. They are cheating & doing it in a very smart way, by building up a fake or paid four stars & above rating on a reputed site like that of Amazon. And by recruiting one or two YouTubers who are masters in faking a good review for a disgusting cheap headphone.
9) If you do a search on ‘Fire boltt blast 1400’, then you will find that a lot of people have reported this manufacturing defect of something moving inside left ear cup & consequently giving out an irritating sound while one is attending a call or listening to a song. Basically, the purpose of using a headphone gets defeated. Aksham Chawla is one gentleman who had this same issue. A question is posted on Amazon & with a guy responding in yes to this known manufacturing defect in Boltt.
Please take action against these fraudsters & first of all, pls refund my hard earned Rs. 2399 ASAP so that i can purchase some other genuine headphones instead of this crap.
Please also take action against Amazon for allowing cheats like Boltt to post fake/ paid reviews. If we look closely at the 5 star reviews on Amazon, the person posting the review for Boltt has only one review to his credit, it’s surprising why anyone will post only one review on Amazon?? I am a regular at Amazon & have posted multiple reviews, that’s the difference between a paid or a genuine review.
One more thing, Boltt recently disabled comments on it’s Instagram handle as angry consumers were wanting a refund.
Boltt is a total fraud & tricking an innocent consumer to buy a product that is defective & useless. Their modus operandi is to get a four star rating on Amazon by posting paid reviews. On it’s own site, the thumbs down count on reviews is high precisely because the reviews are fake & posted by it’s own employees or friends. Amazon will never post a detailed negative review, I have submitted multiple times, they do not approve the review, Amazon is as much a party to this cheating scam?

Headset suddenly stopped working but it’s under warranty period.
I bought Fire- Boltt 1’4 inch smart watch, No douubt that the watch was working very well..
But Its charging part was damaged. So, I asked for replacement with warranty it had. A service man took away the product but its been approx. 25 days, I m still waiting for the new unit. If the services are failing to deliver on time then atleast tell the approx. date on which I may get my new unit.
DO NOT BUT THE BOLTT SMART WATCH. the watch gets rust/corrosion on the sides within 2-3 uses and they deny any replacement or refund for visible damage. Better go for a noise smart watch instead. Better quality and much better customer service

Don’t buy the product from boltt as the after sales service is annoying .I had purchased a smart watch BSW002 which dint even last for 4 months and when I call for a replacement I was sent a lower version watch . From last 2 months I had written multiple emails , filled Google form and even called up multiple times to the call center and inform them about the issue ,they always told that within 48 hrs their support team will call and resolve the issue but never received a call from them .There call center agents are always busy and you will never get connected ,you have to call them continuously then only once it will get connected..so avoid buying this product as the product is itself not of good quality and on the top after sales support..
