CROSSBEATS  Warranty Claim: 

To request a replacement, the customer needs to reach out to our customer service team by contacting us on the website or emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at customer care number 9611293293. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. If the replacement is authorized, the customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service center and the charges will be borne by the customer itself. Authorization does not guarantee an exchange. We will issue an exchange upon receipt of the return package. All products sent back must include all components, manuals, registration cards, and original undamaged packaging.
CROSSBEATS UNDERTAKES THE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IF:
– the product doesn’t work or is defective due to improper materials or workmanship;
– the product arrived with missing parts or accessories;

  11. I have purchased the new Orbit smart watch. I find there is an issue with the BT connectivity. It keeps getting disconnected automatically. Reconnection takes time. The company claims BT 5.0 in the watch but the watch shows 3.0.

I have purchased cross beat earbuds and after few days one of the earbud is not working, i have raised so many complaints on their websites and mail but they are not responding any one of my queries.   23. Hello everyone. Crossbeats customer support is worst. They remove negative comments on social media. So all you can do is post a image Bann Crossbeats and post it on all social media by tagging them everywhere. (instagram, facebook, twitter, linkedin, etc). They dont help you regarding your order until you do this. Youll can check my post on instagram @rahul_kad1 regarding the same. They have reported my account. You’ll can take a screenshot and post it to take action.

    This is to inform you that I have purchased cross beats Epic truly wireless earbuds this February. But currently I am facing issue with it.   32. I have been running form piller to post for support from smart watch,. i have never seen such bad support. generated the ticket ID – 118481,- 124401 and – 124908 but till date no response is received. your customer care is only for sales and not for support.
    if I didn’t received respace i would have no other option for star legal producing’s against crossbeats
    hope the message may land some where it finds and finds some responces

It’s been almost more than 4 months since I bought orbit infiniti smart watch (invoice date : 13/06/2022).after wearing 15 days it’s started getting problems .after that I raised a complain towards crossbeats for replacement and it’s accepted by you .it took almost a month to reach replacement watch to me ,again I received defective watch from you. again I file a complnt toward you for replacement and again accepted by you.then i sent the watch to you by carrier & received by you inMay ending and i haven’t received any resolution, except saying out of stock .
    It’s been out of stock for more than 3 months and still I’m waiting only
