I purchased a Crocs Women’s Tulum Slipper on 17th May 2021. Color started fading after 1-2 months of gentle use. Now the slipper slipper is not usable due to the faded color. looks like it’s purely a post-process/quality issue of the product. Please let me know how you can help me on this.

My color is coming off my black and white Tie dyed shoes all we us is warm water had for about 3 months and color keeps coming off.
