Boya mic not working and company give warrenty of 1 year .where I have to complain about my exchange.

Hello dear friends..
I just bought a BOYA BY-WM3U and it worked great right out of the box and recorded a test. Great!
Once I pressed the mute button on the microphone to turn it off and later after that, when I turned it on, the light blinks red.
I have tried to pair it again by pressing both devices buttons or directly from the charger pairing button. It does not work and now even does not turn on the transmiter.
I am worried.. I need to solve this problem right away for a project.
Any help, any ideas.. I bought it at Amazon about 3 weeks ago.

I had purchased Boya M1 Pro Mike from Amzaon on 22 April 2022, After receiving tried on two three mobile with open camera app, found not working, purchased new mobile along with audio splitter but still mike is not working, replaced battery cross checked with the product manual but not working.
