Help me..my earphones is in warranty and I want them to be replaced / repaired.
My earphone is in warranty and I need the replacement or repair service as one side of my earphone is not working.

We have bought 2 ear phone in the month of nov 2019 ,they are not working since 6 months . Hence we have emailed many time 25 agu 2020 and logged a complaint but there is no response from company.
Also we tried to contact customer care but could not the call .
So kindly guide in this regards,
However we have recently shifted to Raipur (C.G) from Navi Mumbai.
Kindly replace the defected ear phone ( 2 no ) which is under warranty.
