I am facing issues in my Boat airdopes 381,it’s under warranty.
Right side bud makes kharrrr .. kharrr… Sound in between playing the sound on high volume .I haven’t expected this type of issues from the boat . It has the IPX7 water and sweat resistant Rating then also it is producing like this sound . I haven’t touch it by wet hand and not use it in the rain then also I am facing like this issue why I don’t know . And if I am watching the movie and the Charing of the buds is 10 percent then one bud gets off after 10 to 15 minutes and one remains onn and again it shows the 30% charging remaining why does it shows like this it may be the issue of the bud or the charging case .Boat please tell whether you will give the the new one product . Because while taking this product I don’t know it has like this issue and boat is my favourite brand I have also gifted the board headphones to my sister in this Diwali we are trusting on you Boat Please help mee what can You do to me now otherwise this product is so well and good I love Boat products . Please Boat Replace this product please It’s my humble request to you Please Boat .
