Dear Boat,
I am Aakash from faridabad. I have purchased boat rockerz 335 ocean blue 335 from Amazon on 9th July 2021.
And there is problem in charging so I took the my product to the service center at sector 28 in Faridabad on 16 july 2021. They submit my product and told me that you will receive your product after 15 working days by courier. The ticket number was 2836366.
I totaly shocked that the product I received that was not mine it is completely changed and it is very old product which sent to me by you.
It called fraud with the customer.
I requested you to that please change it with mine product newly one I baught.
Please find the attachment of Bluetooth I have received.
I have also mailed on your mail id and also called your customer care but I did not get any response.

From July 24 i complaint my product to boat service center and i didn’t receive any response from a boat service center it is ridiculous that being a part of a boat customer
If someone is asking for a rating to the boat
and last 45 days my product is damaged and i can’t use the product and my warranty is going on I never expect that boat will give this type of services
