It is informed that I purchased Aroma NB119 Neckband Bluetooth Headset on 27/10/2022 on Prepaid Basis..it worked properly only 10 days then after not working properly,i.e,
*** Not Connecting to device,
*** if forcelly Connected not audible to voice clarity, and itself automatically disconnecting.
above said Neckband Invoice No FAHJ2P23003772288 Date: 27/10/2022.
Order ID : OD126354466948961000 Dt: 27/10/2022.
Hence i requested to you resolve this issue as soon as possible and if any repair please repair it immediately.
