I have purchased a sound core motion plus from flipkart. Very sad to note that it stopped of after a month. Though it covered 18 months warranty but neither the company nor the service center do it need. Huge price and null service. Never go for Anker
Anker has such pathetic service if your product turns out to be even a little bit screwed, you are done.
I purchased a Soundcore life dot 2 via FLIPKART which by the way no where mentioned that the warranty claims will not be handled by ANKER and the right earbud stopped working after 2 months and now the support team at ANKER says that they cannot initiate a warranty claim as they do not have authority to do so on reseller orders.
Why not mention this on the FLIPKART site in the first place?
Terrible service, will not recommend to anyone. Totally a waste of money and time
