I have purchased amazfit gtr smart watch in January. One day my watch is off due to lack off power. I tried to charge but that cannot show the charging bar. Only display the name “Amazfit”. After charging ,I have restart using the power button but only show the name “amazfit”, not showing time and other details.
I have power off the watch and tried to recharge then began to dispaly the name “amazfit” that means it’s charged but cannot show time. I have provide the relevant information below. I have Amazfit GTR, after update of software suddenly touch screen stops working and now it just displays Amazfit logo and shutdown an if kept on charging boot loops for infinite time. Its a worst gadget that I had ever purchased better I would have purchased Huawei Watch. Never prefer any Amazfit products for anybody, please don’t loose your money. These products are just ridiculous

15 days over I have brought new watch Amaiz fit gtr 2 through Amazon and I am hardly getting 1.5 days backup, what might be the reason and how can I fix this ?

I have issue with my amazfit watch which I bought from amazon on 29 December 2020.
The watch model is Amazfit GTS 2.
Right now it is not charging properly due to some strange reason. Even after 5 to 8 hours of charging it shows only 30 percent battery. On display also it doesn’t increase after 35 percentage.
This product is under warranty. Where should I contact to fix this issue?

On the date of 26 July 2022 my Amazfit GTS2 mini watch warenty has been over & today it means by 17th August 22 my watch started to hang than it was vibreting regularly than it started to so Amazfit logo again & again after that it’s not getting switched on.
